We’re committed to building a weld you can be proud of.

Co-Owners, Bradly Ranney and Stefanie Gross are both Florida Natives and life-long residents.

In 2008, they decided to combine their strengths to create an unbeatable force in the welding field, All Phases Welding & Fab., Inc.

Brad & Stefanie are efficient, organized, and very detail oriented. They are well known for saying, "If it comes out of our shop, the welds are strong AND pretty!" They are extremely proud of the hard work and time that is put into every job that walks through the door and will go out of the way to make sure their customer's are satisfied.

Brad & Stefanie are also very active in the local community, with a strong focus on working with our schools. They have partnered with Bayshore High School, Southeast High School, Lakewood Ranch High School, and Electra Lee Middle School. These relationships have been nothing but positive and the creations have been amazing. Make sure you take a look at the pics!

In 2009, All Phases Welding, after being nominated in 4 categories, was awarded the "Good Things Come In Small Packages" Award from the 19th Annual Business/Education Partnership Awards for the project done with students at Lee Middle School.

In 2011, All Phases Welding was nominated in 5 categories at the 21st Annual Business/Education Partnership Awards for work done with Bayshore High School's entry in Art Slam, the downtown Bradenton event. Just being nominated was an extreme honor!
